We established Monarch Outfitting in the fall of 2025 by purchasing Kent Wolowski’s trusted operation Rock Ridge Outfitting, along with his Whitetail and Black Bear allotments. Building on that strong foundation, we expanded our whitetail territory further by purchasing additional allotments from Wade Maynard. 
 

Both Wade and Kent have been in the outfitting industry for many years. Learning from two of the very best has been an invaluable experience. We are proud to carry on the tradition and continue building the strong foundation they have made.  We look forward to having them involved in camp for many years to come!
 

Monarch Outfitting is a family owned and operated business in NE Saskatchewan, owned and operated by us, Clay and Jana Ludwar alongside our two young daughters, Becks and Spencer. With old-fashioned values and modern techniques, we are excited for the future of Monarch Outfitting and to continue with our strong passion of the outdoors!
 

Our exclusive outfitting area spans more than 400 000 acres of prime whitetail and black bear habitat, offering rich farmland, forest fringe and remote forest along the Carrot River. It is a true privilege to share these exceptional hunting opportunities and world renowned hunting grounds that consistently produce true monarchs year after year.
