Our area is home to a large Black Bear population with excellent genetics, including a high number of colour-phase bears, making it a highly sought-after destination for hunters pursuing big bruins. Preparation begins in early spring by clearing trail and scouring the forest for new bait sites. Once we have found our desired sites, we begin set up of hanging ladder stands, cutting shooting lanes, setting up trail cameras and of course placing our baits. Once baits are out and being actively hit, we replenish them every two days to keep the bears interested and well fed! Black Bear hunts run from mid-afternoon and until dusk, peak bear movement hours!

Hunting Season
Spring black bear hunts run from May 1 to June 7

Fall black bear hunts run from September 6 to September 27

2 x 1 Guided hunts

Bow, crossbow, muzzleloader or rifle permitted

Cost

Black bears hunts are $4700.00 USD + tax (tags are included)

Deposit of $2500.00 USD required at time of booking 

Remaining balance due 60 days before hunt or spot will be filled and deposit forfeited

Cancelation fee of 50% of deposit if cancelled 90 days prior to hunt

Included: Meals, lodging, trophy care, tags
